All in Life Coaching

February 14, 2018 by Alexandra Martines

a sprouting seedThe Idea

All in Life Coaching is a new enterprise that has long been in the works for one of the Pioneer Valley’s favorite entrepreneurs.

The business’s website needed to do more than be its online face. With two podcasts, a blog, and a variety of coaching services, the website should serve as a hub for all things All in Life. It should be a place where podcast listeners can find the latest episode, where blog readers can keep up with the newest posts, and where coaching clients can book appointments or sign up for workshops.

Even with all of that, it also needed to be easy for the tech-savvy business owner to update. The website needed to help her save time, not take up more of it.

a seedlingThe Process

We knew exactly what we needed to get this website ready to go:

  • A easy-to-navigate place to organize past podcast episodes and add new ones
  • A engaging blog platform with social sharing and commenting
  • An eCommerce platform for registering appointments and taking workshop sign ups

We built a completely custom podcast area for the site, made sure sharing blog posts to social media would be a snap, and customized an event registration system and calendar so local clients could easily find and register for upcoming workshops.

After getting the basic functionality ready, it was about strategy. How would people find the website? How would they know when there were new updates? And how could we help them find the right services for them? We set up the site with rock solid on-page SEO, made sure site updates could easily be sent out to the business’s mailing list, highlighted testimonials from past clients, and set in place a variety of lead generation strategies.

With the bones of the site ready, lastly we focused on design. Using the business’s existing color palette and the inspiration of fireflies at dusk, we created a design to communicate inspiration, success, and wellness. Our goal was for the site’s target audience to immediately feel at home when they arrive at the site.
